By using triple7accounting.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms.

  1. General information only. Site content is general information, not tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice for your situation. Tax laws change; don't act on Site content without consulting a qualified professional about your facts.

  2. No client relationship. Using the Site, submitting the contact form, emailing us, or booking a consultation does not create a CPA-client relationship. A relationship begins only when we both sign an engagement letter.

  3. Scope of services. Triple 7 Accounting, P.C. provides bookkeeping, tax, and advisory services. We do not provide audit, review, compilation, or other attest services, and nothing on the Site should be read as assurance on any financial information.

  4. Fees. Fees are quoted per engagement. Nothing on the Site is an offer of services at a set price; fees are set only in a written quote or engagement letter.

  5. Don't send confidential information. Please don't send tax documents, Social Security numbers, or account numbers through the Site or ordinary email. See our Privacy Policy.

  6. Third-party services and links. The Site may link to or rely on third parties (including our website host and Google booking pages). We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

  7. Intellectual property. Site content is owned by Triple 7 Accounting, P.C. and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

  8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The Site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site.

  9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

  10. Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change.
