Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 26, 2026
Triple 7 Accounting, P.C. ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through triple7accounting.com (the "Site").
1. Information we collect
Contact form and email. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect what you provide: name, email, phone, business name, and your message.
Scheduling. If you book a call, Google Calendar (our booking tool) collects your name, email, and any answers you provide so we can hold the appointment.
Automatically collected data. Our website host, Squarespace, uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate and secure the Site, and its built-in analytics provide us aggregate visitor statistics (pages visited, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type). We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.
2. How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold consultations, evaluate a possible engagement, operate and improve the Site, and meet legal and professional obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Cookies
The Site uses only cookies set by Squarespace to run the Site and its built-in analytics; we don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and some Site features may not work without them. See Squarespace's cookie policy for details on the cookies it sets.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the firm (our website host Squarespace, and Google for email and scheduling), each bound to protect it; when required by law, subpoena, or professional standards; or with your consent.
5. Client confidentiality and tax information
Once you become a client, your information is also protected by our engagement letter, the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, and our professional obligations as a licensed CPA firm. Tax return information is used only to prepare your return and as permitted by Internal Revenue Code §7216 and its regulations; any other use or disclosure requires your written consent. We never use client information in marketing without written permission.
6. Security
We maintain a written information security plan with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including multi-factor authentication and encryption. No website or email transmission is completely secure. Please do not send tax documents, Social Security numbers, or account numbers through the contact form or ordinary email; we'll provide a secure method after engagement.
7. Retention
Inquiry information from people who do not become clients is kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records (generally no more than 3 years), then deleted. Client records are retained under our record retention policy and professional and legal requirements.
8. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted through the Site by emailing tsellers@triple7accounting.com, subject to legal and professional retention requirements.
9. Children
